Babies and Their Moms Need Your Help!
after the Wisconsin Supreme Court Election
Mother’s Day is a wonderful opportunity to highlight the beautiful gift of life that we receive from our mothers.
Whether it's a mother, grandmother, aunt, or mother-figure who has impacted your life, this day provides the opportunity to express your love and gratitude.
Let’s also make an effort to acknowledge mothers who have miscarried, experienced a stillbirth, had an abortion, or have courageously chosen adoption for their child. Let’s love on them like Jesus loves us.
Allow these women—these precious mothers—to know that they are not overlooked. That they are remembered and valued. Consider calling someone or sending her a handwritten note in remembrance of her loss.
Your actions will be appreciated and cherished. Your efforts, while not able to produce hope in and of themselves, point to a greater hope in Jesus.
So, as you celebrate the wonderful mother person in your life, we invite you to give a gift in their honor for Mother's Day to help the moms we serve. Thank you!
Please donate now, and if you aren’t yet, consider making it a monthly Friend of Life gift. Thank you!

- For those who have lost a child during pregnancy, encourage them with the truth that the life they carried matters, regardless of how short that life was, because every life has value.
- For those who have lost a child after his or her birth, remind them that their child is not forgotten.
- For those who have lost a child through abortion, tell them of God's love and His redeeming grace, and that their child's life had value.
- For those who have selflessly allowed their child to be raised by another through adoption, show care and compassion to the birth mother. She has courageously made a life-affirming decision that should be celebrated. Thank her for making a brave, sacrificial choice for her child, because even while her decision is celebrated, she has also experienced grief. Acknowledge her grief.

Miriam Kremer
Memorial

Miriam Victoria Kremer was carried home to her Lord and Savior in the glow of a beautiful fall sunrise on Thursday, November 3, at 6:57 AM. Miriam fought bravely and without complaint during a three-year struggle with leukemia and subsequent complications throughout her high school years. Miriam was 17 (July 21, 2005 - November 3, 2022).
To honor Miriam’s deepest desire to save lives and change lives with the Gospel, Miriam’s family ask that memorials be made to WELS Lutherans for Life, 8501 W. Lincoln Ave, West Allis, WI, 53227.

Miriam was a warrior for Life. She cared deeply and was strongly committed to life issues. Her passion compelled her to speak up for pre-born babies and their mothers at any opportunity. She loved the work of WELS Lutherans For Life (LFL). She was even able to attend the LFL banquet with her family this year on October 14th.
Miriam was a blessing and true inspiration of strength and grit — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — to all who came in contact with her. She leaves a massive void for those who loved her - sisters Keturah (18) and Michaiah (13), parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, many pets, caregivers and a long list of friends.
Miriam was known for her generosity and caring for those around her. She loved to purchase gifts for friends and family and was always jotting down notes throughout the year so she would have ideas at hand.
Miriam loved pets, traveling, hiking, camping, kayaking, fishing, playing trumpet and piano, and learning guitar with Grandpa. Her final trips included zip-lining at the Creation Museum this spring, camping and kayaking this summer, and catching her biggest fish ever during a Lake Michigan charter this fall. Her final feats were the homecoming festivities this fall and climbing the stairs at Holy Hill two weeks before she entered heaven.
