I'm excited to tell you that the ultrasound machine, 40 " TV, and other medical equipment to help a mom see her baby in the womb is here! This wouldn't have happened without your strong support and the Knights of Columbus Council #524's Culture of Life! Thank you all so very much for your partnership, your shared desire to see lives saved from abortion, and outstanding financial support!
Stay tuned for Open House announcements to see the new space. I hope you can come. We are finishing up a few more details and hope to “go live” in a few weeks. Thank you so much for your part helping get us this far and in setting us up for success. Being a medical clinic will enable us to help more abortion-minded mothers to choose life for their babies! See pictures and more details here. Author: Peter Georgson, Executive Director

Mary recently contacted us via our text helpline. Through messaging, we were able to secure an appointment for a pregnancy test for Mary (not her real name). When Mary arrived at the center she was accompanied by her high school teacher. Mary didn’t have a way to get to the center so she reached out to her teacher who was there to support her. One of our client advocates met with Mary and talked with her about her situation. Mary plans on attending college in the fall and her family will not be happy if she is pregnant. Mary and her boyfriend have been together for a couple of months and he’s mentioned about maybe getting married in a couple of years. Test results showed Mary is pregnant. Mary plans to keep this baby. She has the support of her high school teacher and the resources our center can provide. Yet it appears the deck is stacked against her in our society of selfishness. She is certainly abortion-vulnerable, so we’ll work to continue to encourage her and support her with necessary resources and referrals. Thank you for helping provide the truth in love with those we serve! For Life in Christ, Peter Georgson Executive Director WELS Lutherans for Life WELS Lutherans for Life made a strong push in 2016 to implement the Client Texting Helpline. This additional service is just one more way to reach struggling women in our area. If you would like to assist with providing this service, please contact Client Services Director, Rachel Greiner, at 414-727-8176 or rachel@pregnancy-counseling.com
(This is an excerpt from a sermon on 2 Timothy 3:14-17 by Pastor Nathan Strutz, Resurrection Lutheran Church, Verona, WI pastorstrutz@rlcverona.com) And how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. Did you know that this word for "infancy" most often talks about a child in the womb? A child in the womb. Think about that. Children in the womb are children. Children in the womb need to hear God’s Word and can hear God’s Word and can have faith in Jesus. The signs say, “If you are pregnant or might be pregnant, don’t drink or smoke. Don’t even be in a room with someone who’s smoking. Your baby is being exposed and might be harmed.” Well, if you are pregnant or might be pregnant, listen to God’s Word. Read your Bible out loud. Sing and pray out loud. You baby is being exposed to God’s Word. Your baby is hearing God’s Word and faith comes from hearing the message. It’s never too early to start. You are never too young. It’s also never too late to start. You are never too old. Never too old to start reading your Bible on your own. Never too old to start coming to Bible class. Never too old to know more of the Holy Bible.
