Relationship change with
Christian Life Resources

WELS Lutherans for Life, Metro-Milwaukee’s core mission is to reach abortion-minded individuals, counsel those facing an unexpected pregnancy, and assist those with past abortions on their healing journey by sharing the Gospel of Jesus with them.

While united in faith and doctrine, WLFL and CLR are different when it comes to the focus of our missions and the scope of services offered. We realize we cannot afford the costs of our formal affiliation with CLR, especially since we want to focus as many of our resources as we are able on our core mission.

Even though we have chosen to dissolve the formal relationship of affiliation with CLR, we recognize the value and importance of CLR's ongoing mission. WLFL continues to pray both for the ministry of CLR and that many will be strengthened in their relationship with Christ through CLR.

Please note, even though our core mission is different in scope and services from CLRs, we believe both organizations are worthy of support. If your intention is to support the ministry of CLR instead of WLFL please make sure you make your gifts directly to CLR.

As WLFL, we continue to thank God for your gifts to our organization, which are vital for enabling us to carry out our life-saving mission in Greater Milwaukee.
